Representatives of Civil Society Organizations from Developing Countries are invited to apply to participate in the International Participants Meeting of Expo 2015
Expo 2015 S.p.A. is the Italian Company in charge of organizing the next Universal Exhibition about the Theme ‘Feeding the Planet. Energy for Life’ to be held in Milan (Italy) from May 1st to October 31st 2015
During the period October 10-12, 2012 an International Participants Meeting (IPM) will take place in Milan an international event where Official Participants representatives (Countries, International Organizations) and Non Official participants (Companies, Italian local institutions and Civil Society Organizations, national and international).
The event will have a scheduled agenda and will include among of the several activities plenary sessions and working groups meeting according to the typology of the participants who will meet to plan and organize their participation to Expo 2015.
Furthermore, the meeting will be an important occasion to facilitate synergies and collaboration among the different participants both Official and Non Official ones.
Besides the official program of the event, National and International Guests are also invited to participate to Side Events in line with the Theme of Expo Milano 2015 on October 9th and 12th, 2012.
In order to facilitate the participation of international civil society representatives, in a framework of inclusiveness and network of all the stakeholders involved, with relevant experience on topics related to the Theme ‘Feeding the Planet. Energy for Life’ Expo 2015 will cover the participation costs of 10 participants members that match with the eligibility criteria as listed below.
