How to become an Expo Milano 2015 Partner

To ensure transparency and fairness, the partner selection process is public and competitive, conducted via specific Requests for Proposals (RFP) that Expo 2015 S.p.A. issues for the various categories of partners and sectors, as explained in detail in the section:

 WHAT SORT OF PARTNER COULD YOUR COMPANY BE?

Italian and foreign companies that would like to explore partnership opportunities with Expo Milano 2015 are invited to send a letter expressing their interest and including a brief company profile (the terms for submitting the letter and the required information are provided at the foot of the page). Companies sending such letters are ensured a direct invitation from Expo 2015 S.p.A. to participate in specific Requests for Proposals for the selection of partners, who will be chosen on the basis of the content and competiveness of their proposals.

All partnership opportunities offered by Expo 2015 will be published in the “Partnership” section of the website www.expo2015.org and constantly updated with new RFP.

Consult the “Public notices for the search of sponsors” link on the “Partnership” section of the website for terms and conditions and to learn which sectors will be focused on in the Requests for Proposals.

Companies in sectors for which Requests for Proposals have been issued are invited to submit a formal letter of candidacy to manifest their interest, along with information about the company, by registered mail to the following address:

Expo 2015 S.p.A., Direzione Corporate Partners, Via Rovello n. 2 - 20121 Milano (Italy) or via certified email to corporate@expo2015.org.

The letter of manifestation of interest must contain the following information:

  • candidate information (company name, address, sector of activity, name of representative and contact information);
  • brief illustration of company activity, including business areas, basic financial information, international presence, and strategic objectives;
  • brief description of innovative technologies and solutions of potential interest to Expo Milano 2015;
  • brief description of social and environmental sustainability initiatives developed and implemented by the company.
